Free Shipping

  • Orders over $200.- AUD to Australia and New Zealand receive free standard delivery.

Delivery Times

  • All orders are shipped with Australia Post. Delivery times depend on your location and the item(s) you're purchasing. Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be subject to delays outside our control.

Authority to Leave

  • All deliveries are Authority To Leave. We highly recommend choosing a delivery location where someone can accept your delivery. If you're not home, it's at the driver's discretion to either leave the parcel in a safe place at your delivery location or at a collection point.

Address Changes

  • If you need to change your delivery address, please email us with the new details. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will update the address for you.

Tracking

  • Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an automatic email with tracking details.

International Shipping Rates

  • New Zealand: Flat rate NZ$15-18.
  • United States & North America: Flat rate US$35
  • Israel / European : Flat rate $42.40

We use flat rate shipping for all International orders. However, in rare cases, postal carrier rates may change. Should this occur, you will be notified before your order is shipped so you can decide whether you'd like to proceed or not. 

Click and Collect

  • Available from Moorabbin VIC 3189, Australia. Choose Click and Collect at checkout - we will send the full address when your order is ready for pick up.
