Returns

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help!

We offer returns within 15 days of purchase. You can return your product for store creditexchange, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. So please choose carefully. 
  • Returned items must have original tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

Please Note: For hygiene purposes, we do not accept returns or exchanges on Earrings. 

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return alternatively you can send an email to: sales@keke.com.au
  2. One of our staff will return to you with confirmation email & instructions how to proceed.

Additional Information:

  • Once we receive your order, please allow up to 7 days to determine if your order is eligible for your request. 
  • Any shipping fees will be paid by the customer.
  • If your item arrives damaged, take immediate images & reply to us using your order confirmation email.
