Welcome to KEKE. By accessing or purchasing from our boutique jewellery store at keke.com.au, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General

These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of keke.com.au. KEKE reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. KEKE reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

3. Pricing & Availability

We take care to ensure all pricing and product information is accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. If a pricing error is identified after your order is placed, we will contact you before proceeding. Product availability is subject to change without notice.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped via Australia Post. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. KEKE is not liable for delays caused by Australia Post or circumstances beyond our control. Free standard delivery is available on Australian orders over $150 AUD. All deliveries are Authority To Leave unless otherwise arranged.

5. Returns & Refunds

We offer returns within 7 days of delivery for store credit, exchange, or refund to the original payment method, subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in original packaging. Earrings are excluded from returns for hygiene reasons. Discounted items are final sale.

6. Warranty

All KEKE jewellery is covered by a 60-day warranty against manufacturing faults, with proof of purchase. This warranty does not cover general wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, or failure to follow our Product Care guidelines.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on keke.com.au — including images, text, logos, and designs — is the property of KEKE and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, KEKE's liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.

9. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
